Registration Details
The ISREC-SCCL Symposium will take place from Monday 1st – Thursday, 4th September 2025, in the SwissTech Convention Center, Lausanne, on EPFL campus, as a totally live, traditional scientific conference.
- The number of participants is limited to 400. The deadline for registrations and payments is 20 August 2025.
- Abstract submission for the possibility of a short talk is possible until July 4th 2025, midnight.
- Abstracts can be submitted to display a poster up until 1 August 2025.
- Only a limited number of abstracts can be selected for short talks and flash talks.
- Participants selected for a short talk will be informed by 15 July 2025.
- After 1 August, the abstract submission portal will be closed.
Registration fee
- The registration fees are listed above. Early registration is from registration opening until 30 May 2025. From 1 June 2025, the fees will be charged at the late registration rate.
- For the Closing Banquet, there is an extra charge of 100 ChF.
Registration fee includes:
- Admission to the lecture hall and poster displays, a pdf copy of the abstract book, participation in coffee breaks, lunches, receptions, and dinners.
- Registration fee does NOT include: transportation and hotel costs. You are responsible for taking out appropriate travel and medical insurance.
Substitution / Cancellation Policy
In the event that your need to cancel a registration, you may: Transfer your registration to a colleague within your organization or request a refund minus a 100,- CHF processing fee.
